Sky VIP linked to old account

My SKY VIP account is still linked to my old SKY Q account which has been closed  and a new sky streaming account opened by Sky .

 

 Therefore I cannot take advantage  any of my SKY VIP deals ie sim deals - comes up with a error saying account closed  sorry you have left !!!

 

Anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it .

 

Unfortunately the advisor on chat could not assist just tried tosell me a different more expensive deal.

You need to logout of the app, then login into it with the new account you have got with Sky Stream.

Already tried that app show new streaming account , sky vip shows different closed account number when I click on offers .

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
