My SKY VIP account is still linked to my old SKY Q account which has been closed and a new sky streaming account opened by Sky .
Therefore I cannot take advantage any of my SKY VIP deals ie sim deals - comes up with a error saying account closed sorry you have left !!!
Anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it .
Unfortunately the advisor on chat could not assist just tried tosell me a different more expensive deal.

Already tried that app show new streaming account , sky vip shows different closed account number when I click on offers .

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
