Sign in Sky ID Error

Sky code Reference #97.1e8f655f.1697797342.ec719e6.

I am obviously able to log in to Community with same password but not Sky ID.

 

What does code Ref mean please.

With my wife in a care home.

Close all sky.com web pages and clear your browser cache (cookies etc), or try logging in using your browser's incognito/privacy mode, or try a different browser.
