For the last 2 days, the online EPG has been glitchy. It's a bit difficult to describe but it seems to be running slower than usual. As I scroll across or down there is a lag of a few seconds before the information is shown & it gets worse the longer I use the guide. I managed to take a couple of screenshots so you can see what I mean, I was able to capture the moments the lag happens.
On another note, whilst I'm here, there has been another issue going on for a couple of months. When I select a programme & choose to record it I get an error message ( it literally says Error, that's all ) & the information doesn't go to my Sky Q box.
If someone from IT could have a look at these issues it would be appreciated.
I am using an Acer Chromebook.

This issue hasn't been resolved, it makes using the online EPG quite annoying as I have to go through it very slowly. It simply doesn't scroll smoothly as it should, it keeps juddering instead. Usually, when I mention an issue with the online EPG on here it does get resolved fairly quickly. It would be nice if it could be done again. Thanks.
