Incentive award card

Hi I received my £75 incentive award card, but when I come to activate it , it tells me my sky account number is wrong, I've checked over and over , any hep would be greatly appreciated

Have you left Sky in the past and returned after being a way for a year or more ?

Have you left Sky in the past and returned after being a way for a year or more ?

I did leave for a few months but then re set up

If you only left for a few months then you are classified as a returning customer so the account number should be the same, is there anything in your message centre here from Sky with the account number on it:

If not have you got an paperwork or emails Sky have sent you about your account when you returned ?

I have the same issue it doesn't recognise our account number (which we've had since 2018).  Any ideas please?

We have moved house and unable to locate the activation information for the SKY Incentive Award card.  I only have tomorrow (30 September 2021) valid on the card
