The issue is affecting bt internet as well so if its not working by 08:00 you'd need to call sky to report it

Once again, Internet has suddenly stopped won 14/01 around 11:30pm
Clearly an outage in the area
how long will it take to be fixed?

If there is a fault no one can tell you how long it will take. Also Openreach carry out maintenance during the night to lessen impact on most users, you should be aware working from home does not give your connection annny greater priority
First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
