No it has not. Was meant to get a call back today but had a text instead saying they will call tomorrow.

@Chris19681 no I meant has the fault to your broadband been fixed?

 

the auto compensation won't be paid until it has been

Your other thread has been removed. In that one you state the fault hasn't been rectified. The auto compensation doesn't get applied until 30 days after the fault is fixed.
