accessing router settings

I am trying to access my sky router's settings. I am being prompted to:

 

  • Open your browser and type 192.168.0.1 into your address bar.
  • When prompted enter the username: admin and password: sky or your WiFi password
  • Select the Maintenance Tab

This is taking me to 'Virgin media business' log in. I keep getting taken to this page and when goign through with the next steps, typing the username and password above, I am unable to log in due to incorrect log in details. I am unable to find any information on how to access my router settings online hence why I am now asking for help here.

Very weird. Do you have any Virgin kit plugged in? Perhaps an older router or booster?

Who is your broadband provider?

Do you have any Virgin kit?

Are you connected to your Sky hub currently?
