Sky glass cancellation

Well since 19th November I have been trying to cancel sky glass with no avail.

how on earth can sky release such technology without having support to help customers cancel and return.

 

resorted to turning tv off now as the wife cannot use it and when the grandchildren play upstairs on PlayStation the tv freezes.

 

god help me get this tv returned

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm. You will need to persist with calling Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

They must accept your cancellation, if they don't then threaten to complain.

When you ring Sky, make sure that it recognises your phone number. That way you will be connected, they will know you are a Sky Glass customer. I found that once I was with SkyQ, things moved much faster. It's a shame you can't get Glass to work for you. Anyway, hope you manage to get through.
