Sky is still trying to bill me for something that’s already been paid?

Sky is still trying to bill me for a "outstanding payment" that was already paid days ago, I called sky support they told me they'd sort it but it continues to attempt to take money from my account and my overall payment left still hasn't gone down

Are you saying you made a manual payment close to the date a usual direct debit was due? We need to be clear with what's happened if we're to advise you.
