Hi - I recently purchased Sky broadband, however, I cannot seem to link my new account to my email address because it was previously used for the Sky tv account which was cancelled. Can anyone advise how to link the new account please? I'm in the Republic of Ireland and I have no access to my bills or my contract and I've been charged extra for this month and nobody can tell me why. Very frustrated.
