I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.

@Scott091

A chat invite was sent to you at 1044. See the post above.

You should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

Hi @Scott091

A private chat was started but there was no response within 48 hours so it has automatically closed.

If you still need help with this please let us know by posting on the forum again and we will get it escalated through to us.

Thanks

They have tried to help you but you are not reading what we and they are posting, they tried to contact you about this but you didn't respond to their chat invite.

Do you want Sky's messaging team to contact you again via a private chat bubble on here tomorrow ?

@Scott091
I’ve re-escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later today. Remember that as you haven't kept your proof of posting any cancellation of non return fees will be at Skys discretion.

Look out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
