Discussion topic: Engineer left his phone behind!

We had an engineer out earlier this week, he was fab and did a great job of getting our system working again. After he left we found his phone was still in the house! We thought he would call it, call us or even stop by but three days later he hasn't been in touch. We tried to call Sky but got nowhere. Any suggestions?
