unable to view sky films and i have film channels but after an update last week i cannot tune into t

After an update done last week to get me back onto channel bbc 2 which never worked i now am locked out of the film channels which is on my account , why this is happening i dont understand can you help me please.

@michaellawrence  You post has been moved from  the broadband forum as this isn't a broadband related issue.

 

If you could advise which Sky TV box you have we can advise you better.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

After many days os trying i finally got onto a lovey and helpfull young lady who tryed her best to help me, finally she had to resort to a visit by an enginer on Monday which should fix all my silly little issues. Thanking You M,L,Halliday
