Re: F1 channel changing to darts for a month

And another thing....F1 is a 1 channel. Could they put the darts on one of the many football channels.

Re: F1 channel changing to darts for a month

Hi I'm sure the changes will all be "correctly" administered and in no way infringe on our consumer "rights" and as I was informed by a flat corporate email last year. You can still gain access to all available F1 via "other" media!
Sadly the point gets missed, as a customer you willingly pay 12 months subscription for a "devoted channel" to watch F1 as I'd understood as and when was convenient for you, as I recall the channel when launched was "pitched as devoted" to F1, again sadly for us the customer they have the monopoly on the F1 rights in the UK so they know your stuck!

Why wouldn't we be happy to pay 12 months for 11 months viewing.

Why are we complaining.

Such ungrateful customers why would SKY as a reputable service provider offer customer service , we should be grateful to them allowing us the privilege of an overpriced services!

The term customer should be changed to a more relivant term "cash cows" that all we are.

Ive given up it's pointless, this year I'm going to more actively hunt out alternatives I need to get away from SKY!

That wouldn't work seeing how the football season is ongoing, and gets very busy over the festive period, whereas the F1 season has finished and has 0 new content during December.

Also what you are paying for is access to view the F1 content (which you still can do), you aren't specifically paying for a linear TV service, as linear TV channels come and go or regularly change over a year ( just look at how frequently the Sky Movies channels change name and content on almost a fortnightly basis, which is perfectly allowable due to the vast on-demand catalogue that is available for paying customers).
