I have Sky F1 as a stand alone channel. This swap to Sky Darts happened last year with no written notice. After a lot of backwards & forwards Sky refunded the cost of 1 month.Over to you Sky.

Each subscriber would have to argue their case - I doubt there will be a blanket credit.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Please see my reply further up in this thread.

TL;DR: Sky Sports F1/Darts (and any other channel) is a variable service and Sky can change its name, hours of broadcast or withdraw it completely without any notice to customers. As long as the price you pay doesn't change, Sky don't need to inform its customers. All TV providers have this "variable service".

No great in terms of customer service - Sky could initially, at the very least have put up an on screen striper giving details & the date F1 was due to return.

When Sky were still charging a stand alone HD extra for F1, I had to point out to them that Sky F1 was only transmitted in HD thus this charge was totally  out of order.Goes to show their customer care !

Last year, I had an email from Sky regarding the change on 9th December. So far, nothing at all this year.
