There is no 'play store' on Sky.
Assuming you mean Playlist on Glass/Stream, that's because some broadcast channels don't hold on-demand rights for films they transmit live, and so a Playlist entry for that particular content links to another available source such as Sky Store. If you then choose to view from there (and enter a PIN to do so) you'd be charged, as would be expected.

As well as mentioned in post above, always worth scanning down the playlisted programme when selecting, to see if it's also listed on other channels or apps that may be available to view free if you do not subscribe to the top level playlist upfront or promoted one.
