Discussion topic: how do i get my discovery plus for free for a year

sky offersd me discovery plus free for a year about 6 month ago,so me and my friend tried to access it but after a hour or so we got nowere,are sky making it hard to get it or is it easy and we did things wrong,is it best to ring up and let them show us how to do it,but i should not have to do this it should be easy to do

Also bear in mind, the sky offer only covers entertainment. Sports unfortunately is not included
