By agreeing to do the interview, you are allowing Sky to keep and use your image and words specifically for the interview in question, where they can rebroadcast it at will. Sadly, you do not own the copyright for your interview and legally Sky don't need to give it to you.

But you can download it on YouTube if it's on there by using the likes of y2mate (make sure you use ad-blockers for these websites). But, if you want to share it to social media, etc, you could be requested by Sky to remove it.
