There have been a couple of other posts recently regarding the application process for new staff which have been moved to this board as there isn't really a more appropriate location for it. I don't recall seeing a solution on the other threads.

Hey @shubba did you manage to find out the answer to this? I'm in the exact same boat and mines been greyed out since I had the email last Tuesday!
