I've moved your post from the Email board. This isn't an email route to Sky. We are all customers here. There have been a couple of other posts recently regarding the application process for new staff which have been moved to this board as there isn't really a more appropriate location for it. I don't recall seeing a solution on the other threads.

@shubba  As this isn't a direct contact to Sky nor their recruitment team you need to be aware as Sky customers we won't be able to offer any further advise other than the posts already within this thread.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hey @shubba did you manage to find out the answer to this? I'm in the exact same boat and mines been greyed out since I had the email last Tuesday!
