Ive applied to work for sky and have reached the final stage of the process which is the virtual assessment centre. However, when i click the link on my email, it directs me to the webpage with the previous stages and says completed but does not let me schedule my virtual assessment. The box is highlighted in dark grey and I've completed all previous tasks within the given time frame so i dont understand why i cant book an assessment date.

Thank you for the help, it is appreciated. The email doesnt have any contact details and I've rang sky and they told me to send emails to sky which Ive done too so im just waiting on that; i thought id jus post here to see if anyone experienced the same issues in the past.

hi there i'm having same problem got an email saying you have reached the final stage but not letting me book a assesment. but also i realised because i did a sales application i wasn't successful and then i did customer service role i have passed that but the email i have given to me that your on final stage it's on sales application so i think there's a glitch in the system if someone can please help me

I checked back a few days later and it worked for me so i cant help other than that. That email address was the furthest i got sorry

Possibly, i emailed a random sky email i found online and explained my situation and they just told me to send an email to the one i shared with you. Best thing to do is message that email and also keep checking up, maybe try it on mobile, tablet, laptop and computer to be sure, maybe check you completed all steps of the hiring process too.

I have recently applied for the customer advisor role. I got to the point of booking in my virtual assessment and it will not allow me to click on it. All other modules have been done. I can't seem to find any contact number for a recruitment team anywhere
