Will Sky Sports be showing rearranged Sugar Bowl ?

I don't know whether the original fixture was going to be on Sky but if it's not on the epg it's unlikely.

The sugar bowl is appearing on the epg for my sky q channel 408 at 9pm this evening

The Sugar Bow has been postponed due to https://www.nbcconnecticut.com/news/national-international/dead-injured-after-car-plows-into-a-crowd...

The new date and time are chosen based on availability in the schedule and logistical considerations, such as the teams’ travel plans and venue availability. As for when the Sugar Bowl will be shown, the game will likely be rescheduled within the next few days or weeks. Broadcasters like ESPN (in the US) and Sky Sports NFL will provide updated scheduling information once a new date is confirmed.

Even though it's currently still showing on the EPG on Sky Sports NFL (channel 408) - other programmes will be shown instead as outlined below: 

According to TVGuide.co.uk, the new schedule is: 
9:00pm - NFL Hard Knocks: AFC North
10:00pm - One Jets Drive
10:45pm - NFL Highlights
11:00pm - NFL Fantasy
12:00mn - NFL Highlights
12:15am (to 12:30am)  - NFL Bitesize Highlights
