I often notice little mistakes here and there, for example tonight's Simpsons says reality instead of realty, there are numerous little spelling errors everywhere, and many early episodes of BBC's Ambulance are labelled wrong.
I know they're only minor unimportant things but is there someone we can report them to? It's just a little annoyance of mine.

Do Sky do all channels or just their own?

Sky only do their own but have contacts for the other channels so they can inform them where their data is incorrect and have the corrections re-sent to sky
