Where to find Vue Cinema Tickets

I'm new to sky cinema. Where can i find the free vue cinema tickets? I have looked through the whole sky vip area and cannot find them?

Open the mysky app (download it if you don't have it), click on where it says "see your rewards" where the star is and says "hello *your name" then on the next page you'll see your vue tickets for *month* there, click that and your codes will appear.

If they are not appearing for you then it might be because you have only just become a Sky Cinema customer so you might have to wait a while before they do. If you are on any trial with Sky Cinema then you will not get access to the free tickets.

I am on a trial but they mentioned it on the phone to me so i assumed i would still get them?

I'm afraid they are wrong as you do not get access if you are on a trial because this is what I can see via the terms and conditions:

This offer is open to active Sky Cinema customer only. This offer is not available to customers on a Sky Cinema trial offer.
