If I remember correctly that late in the season it's about 5 weeks before the first televised fixture of that month.

It's quite typical for 1-2 fixtures to be moved to the Thursday, but whatever happens, none of the fixtures for that particular round will be on Sky as TNT have those rights @Sean333

The fixtures section on the Premier league website is very good for this. 

As of now, it is not yet updated for April.

When it is, it also shows the broadcaster for each match

You'd expect the Premier League to confirm the April fixtures at some point this week.

The PL do have a self imposed rule of 5 weeks at this time of the season, however they are under no obligations to meet this deadline. In fact I think the March TV fixtures was closer to 4 week announcement than 5.

The later the season gets the more complicated the fixture scheduling gets with FA Cup and European matches being played, and with their being more demand to broadcast teams in title contention or a fierce relegation battle, which is typically why the announcements get later and later as the season goes by. The PL, the broadcasters and the local police forces all have to arrange a time and date for a fixture to take place.

Whenever the premier league decides to finalise them and release them.

FYI there is no "rule" as to when the PL need to do this, they only have self imposed rules (which since January moved from 6 weeks to 5 weeks) and they have failed to meet this rule every month in 2024.

As the season goes ons the TV announcements will be made later and later as they will want to show games affecting the PL title and relegation battles.

All you can do is keep an eye on the PL website for when they make the announcements.
