I watched the first two seasons of it in December 2024. I'm more a slow watcher but I really binged it.
Shrinking is sooooo good. We watched the first episode of S3 last night and it's still as funny and heartfelt as ever. Harrison Ford's character is just brilliant. Michael J. Fox is a great addition to the cast too.
Apple TV has a lot of superb stuff on there - all in Dolby Vision and Atmos if that's your bag. We've recently loved Pluribus and Down Cemetery Road and there are new seasons of For All Mankind and Your Friends And Neighbours coming in the next couple of months.

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺
Assume others are watching it.
Ive yet to watch fully the first few episodes of A Knightof the Seven Kingdoms. Just had a brief look.
It seems to be getting very high reviews, with the only criticism is of its very short episodes.
I really wanted to read the books fully first, well as an audiobook, as the TV series is said to be very close to them.
Im not far from finishing The Hedge knight, so will then delve in to the TV series.
What do others think so far?

@Angel_Aka If, like me, you enjoy For All Mankind, look out for Star City coming to Apple TV soon. Here's the synopsis: Star City is an upcoming American science fiction drama television series starring Rhys Ifans. Served as a spin-off of For All Mankind with a focus on the Soviet Union.
We are currently halfway through Pluribus & enjoying it very much. Had to watch it as it comes from Breaking Bad's Vince Gilligan. Other shows we are currently watching are A Thousand Blows S2, and a South Korean drama, My Mister, which is a slow-burn but very good. Have to say, Shrinking has passed me by, despite Harrison Ford being in it. May have to add it to my watchlist.

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺
It's clear we're all watching a lot of TV, so I was wondering, how many series do you all have going at any one time? For us, at the moment, it is nine.
The Resident S3
Doogie Howser S2
The Golden Girls S3
High Potential S2
Long Way Up ( the Ewan McGregor & Charlie Boorman road trip )
Born To Be Wild ( Nature show )
My Mister
Pluribus
A Thousand Blows S2
This is along with various other TV shows, such as game shows, quiz shows, chat shows, variety shows, panel shows, reality shows & films. And then there are all the series & films sitting in our various watchlists, waiting to be watched. I know there are things that will never be watched, and yet we keep adding new shows. It really is a lot. Are you the same? How much do you have on the go right now? Are your watchlists chock-a-block? Will you ever get around to seeing it all? Do you still add new shows?

Still adding shows to my watch list, just like my guilty conscience, the watchlists gets longer and longer, the older I get.
I probably watch more than I should, at times can get difficult to get to. I try to keep on atleast one episode a week for series I am currently watching, but some times I fail this.
Last year, I completed 79 seasons of tv (excluding documentaries. I keep a spreadsheet so this was my end total. ), which is a better indicator for me than the number I am currently watching.
I do also watch some sport, so depending on how much is currently ongoing both my reading and scripted tv watching declines
Sometimes it feels like, I also watch films like tv series (Wicked Part 1 was a three part series *winks* )

Why is the word beginning with Q and ending with what sounds like 'ear' being censored on here? I would say that's pretty offensive to the LGBTQ+ community...

@KevNewMedia I see you only have two dramas on your list, are you not a fan of them, or are the ones you like off air at the moment? As for YouTube, that's a whole other thing. It has to have my biggest watchlist of all the platforms I have.
Thanks to the others who replied, it's nice to have an actual discussion on this board.

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺
@Mr+Ripley I tend to not have more than 1 running at the same time unless its airing week by week, As i tend to watch the same kind of series like crime drama its easy to get them confused haha
Many conversations in my house started with 'no thats the other one we are watching' 😅 when we did watch more than one. We tend to now binge all of one then move on to the next however if its a program with alot of series we tend to take a break mid way as i get bored to watch a short series then go back 😀
We are just about to start After the flood. Has anyone seen it?

@SpaceSparkie My partner ( also Sarah ) is quite happy for me to sort out the TV viewing for us both, and it's worked out very well ( I always keep a lookout for any animal programmes she may like ). I like to try & keep a varied balance of shows ( as you can see from my list ), some of which we binge ( an episode per day ), others may be every other day or even weekly. Luckily, with the plethora of TV shows at our disposal, it's not too hard to keep it varied.
I can see where you're coming from, though, if you like a particular genre.

Defo not a fan of dramas. I love to watch crime shows, but it's documentaries only; not into the drama side of things @Mr+Ripley

Re: What's your must watch shows? 📺
Have had it in my playlist, for a month or more now, but with so much other stuff has delayed it. Now ready to get into S5 of Stranger Things.
This never disappointed through all the previous series.
Cant wait for the new series of FBI that is back this week
So annoyed that FBI Most Wanted and FBI International have ended.
But, we also have a new series of The Rookie and Lincoln Lawyer to get into next week and this week.
Will be watching the second series of The Artful Dodger Disney+ from next week. I love anything Dickens and that was excellent in my view.
Looking forwards a bit, seeing trailers being shown in their respective channels;
Miss Scarlett on U
Madison (Yellowstone)
Both look great from their previous series and the like.
Will not be watching the second series of Watson, that is getting a lot of promotion. Never got passed a few episodes of the first series.
It all seemed it had something in the first series trailers, but did not play out at all well for me.

Agreed on Watson ...... I only made it through one and a half episodes. A shame really as I thought he was great in Rosewood!
I also liked lady scarlet ..... for some reason I think I only watched up to season 3 - I'll have to jump back in once I've watched rookie and swat. Also trying to polish off the last few episodes of Shakespeare and Hathaway
Gen 1 and Gen 2 Sky Glass & 3 Stream Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Three sky mobile sims.
