@RickInNotts if it's a Red Button game, Sky just broadcast the iFollow stream that is provided by the EFL and the quality is awful but out of Sky's hands. It's the same poor quality that the EFL make available on their own iFollow pay per view service and also make available to the clubs to rebroadcast on a PPV basis via their websites... So all of the uplinks etc are provided by the EFL via a p*** poor data connection hence the buffering

Sky why have you failed to sort the picture quality for lswansea leed United game . For future reference how do I contact you directly to report your wonky images as soon as it happens it seemed to take you over 10 mins to flash ab apology and you still didn't fix it , to basically 40 mins of match missed cheers

It's bad enough something like this happens but for it not to be noticed, rectified or apologised for, shows there's no quality control anymore either.

It seems that it was noticed and an apology provided, as shown in the video above, with an on screen graphic stating "We apologise for the poor picture quality".

What is this channel 865 you speak of?  My sky stream box channel list jumps from 750 to 901, I odn't have any channels between that range?

I read elsewhere that the game moved channel very late on and the picture improved. Didn't see this myself but if true that would suggest it wasn't the link from the ground but the channel.
