Upgraded today from sky+ to sky Q. Its December 3rd, new sky jot being installed until 6th January. Was told my sky+ would continue until the sky Q is installed and activated on January 6th.... just turned the TV on and have 2 notices coming up...
called sky for some assistance... just got sent here

Looks like your Television is not switched the correct HDMI input for your Sky + Box.
You need to use your television remote to change the input to the relevant HDMI input instead of the Terrestrial aerial tuner.

You'll need to use thr TV's remote to clear the message, and I'd recommend looking at the TV user guide to familiarise yourself with the various on screen messages it can generate.

Note that both those messages specifically relate to digital terrestrial television (sometimes referred to as 'Freeview') broadcast from a local mast and received through an aerial. They are telling you that to receive such a service, which is nothing to do with Sky, you would need to plug an aerial connection into the rear of the television set and then use the television remote control to start a scan for channels available in your area.
