Weak or No Signal cannot get past this I have no operating instructions well do something

Put TV on today and I am getting Weak or on signal. Check the aerial cable connection and check saved channels but how if I have no or weak signal and no operating instructions. The green light is on the sky q box but blank TV screen with weak or no signal

@izzybella  The message you see on your screen is unrelated to broadband therefore ypur post has been moved.

 

Have you cycled through the TV's inputs using the TV remote to selct the correct input for your SKy Box.

 

The message refers to no signal on the TV freeview tuner and not related to Sky equipment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Now I have No stored channels foiund Please run Auto Tuning with OK or Cancel I cannot as I cannot get in to sky Q

Have you tried reading the user manual for your YV?

The Tv has come back on and I can get all my channels thank you for your help

For information, messages like that which are generated by a television set, not a Sky box, can only be actioned or dismissed using the television set remote control: a Sky remote won't work.
