Just had a callback from Sky, they confirmed the technical issue and said any one who experienced the broadcast fault would not be charged. In terms of if we get the full replay and 2nd night of coverage that is highly debatable at this point I would say.

I'm sorry to see there's been an issue with Wrestlemania 40 on Glass and Stream this weekend. We have identified a technical error which did not affect Sky Q or Sky+HD customers, for this reason Glass and Stream customers will not be charged for this event. You don't have to do anything.

@Biggiedcfc  You would need to ask TNT as Sky dont control their broadcasts.  However, if it's a live event then no one could know until any such time the event starts.   I

WellI can actually confirm that Sky is the worst broadcast service ever it seems to be Sky that is the whole problem it isn't the only problem that we have had with them since the start of this year we are on our 2nd installation since January with 3 separate accounts at the same time serious issue as been raised in regards to this and 2 accounts apparently fully closed yet we are still being billed x3 for what should now be one sole account and still the issue continues so the issues surely lie with sky and sky alone not TNT sports.

None of this is related to a TNT Box office event in any way.

@GD1 It was solely a Sky Glass/Stream issue where a TNT Box Office ppv failed to show. Sky have admitted fault, and said their will be no charge to anyone who ordered because of a Sky technical issue. Someone is just asking a reasonable question about (a) whether the same problem will occur tonight (because it is a 2 part event), and (b) whether we will get to see what we missed last night. 

Some people literally look forward to this event for an entire year, the fan base is huge, Netflix just paid $5billion for the global broadcasting rights, so it's a huge huge huge error from Sky.

If you are concerned about the same issue occuring tonight then the practical thing to do would be not purchase it on PPV and just signed up to the WWE Network, for a much cheaper monthly price than the PPV, and watch it that way. 

If you do this now you could watch the Saturday event before this evenings one.

Hi I've just purchased Wrestlemania 40 for my son its took me ages to do it as it said my credit limit had been reached but I've done it online and it seems to have worked. I've ordered tonights but its given me access to last night so assuming £19.99 for both nights? Also how do we rewatch it tomorrow? Will it show in recordings/purchases? Or do we come back to channel 494?

Not good enough Chloe. I was promised a call back today for an update on whether I would be able to watch the second night of the event later and surprise, surprise, I've not heard a thing.

About 80% of last nights broadcast is still not

available to watch. Some literature states that WWE events are not available on Sky Glass yet you have it up for sale on the platform. This is absolutely inexcusable - one of your colleagues said they were embarrassed about how poor this is from Sky and I completely agree, it's an absolute disgrace.

If you aren't offering a consistent service, I can terminate my Sky contract unilaterally and would be very happy to defend doing so in court if necessary.

Just gone to watch night 2 after avoiding the news all day and it's not recorded on sky Q either - 3 phone calls later and been cut off again!!! Not a happy customer!
