Vue Cinema tickets disappeared

Hello I am trying to get my 2 x Vue codes for October but cannot find them in the My Sky app, is this offer still available?  thanks

I can't see them either, when this has happened previously it is usually just a temporary glitch and within a day or so it has returned.

The terms and conditions listed in the press release from a year ago indicate that the scheme was always due to finish on September 30th.

Its certainly possible Sky and VUE renewed the deal last month until the end of 2025

The ads for Sky Cinema certainly still sell the 2 free VUE tickets as a perk along with Paramount +.

  I went to our local Vue two days ago - October 7th - & the ad for Sky/Vue tickets with Idris Elba was played, so unless it was put on mistakenly it would seem the offer has been extended.

Checking the MySky app under the VIP section this morning, it does look as though the offer has been extended as it is advertising tickets for October. And like @Mr+Ripley I saw the Idris Elba Sky/Vue ads throughout September (rereleases of Jackson's L:ord of the Rings trilogy) and did wonder if it was wise to repeatedly advertise the offer if it was coming to an end in September.

My film buff & cinema going wife & I are pleased, our nearest Vue is 25 mins drive and is a great little cinema.

Hi @Simon132 

To confirm the Vue ticket offer is now available until December 2025.  

I've had both the Android and IOS versions of the My Sky App and can see the option for cinema tickets in October is present.  Can you check the app again and let us all know how you get on?

The ticlets are available for me now as well when they were not yesterday.

I've checked this morning and I don't have the ticket option. I've re downloaded the app but no luck. Any advice?

They are available on mine, the 4th last box in the vip tab, just before "hear from our previous winners"

It is also Not available to people on a free trial of sky cinema.
