Upgrade to Discovery+ Premium

Hi. I have TNT sports so I get Discovery+ for free. Recently I have the option to Activate Discovery+ Premium at no cost however everything i click to activate it, it says that I am already linked. I've tried to sign out and back in but this doesn't work. I've also gone onto 'My Sky' to 'deactivate' Discovery+ as per the help on here and there is no option to do this. Every page I look at says I can have Discovery+ Premium. Does anyone have any ideas how I can unlink Discovery+ with my Sky account so I can then link the Premium service. Thank you.

@Nu+NuI think contacting Discovery + support would be your best bet. The reason i'm suggesting this is because the "linking" is on your Discovery + account ( the linking basically tells Discovery + to not charge you as the your account is coming via Sky, and thus they will get paid from Sky instead).

I have the same issue and Sky are very helpfully looking into it as it seems to be an issue on their side. I can still get the access etc and it seems that a small fix is needed
