Twilight New Moon missing from the collection

Hi all

the Twilight series is showing as the complete set when you go into the film collection under movies, but there is no data when you select "New Moon" to watch. Also this one doesn't come up when you do a search, but the other 4 do.

Using Sky Stream (also isn't there on Sky Go); is there a way to raise this and have the missing film loaded? Assuming this is an error given they're promoting it as the full collection?
