Trying to view Discovery + via the App

I have been trying for 105 MINUTES to activate Discovery + Following the prompts in the App only to be told I already have Discovery +

Ok you say I have it? I would like to view it please.

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support so what happens when you try to view any Discovery+ content ?
