Unless your Sky box is very old you need to connect an HDMI cable between your Sky box and your TV.

Still trying even done the home button number and home still nothing happened

@JULIEMCCONNELL  You will need to find the TV user manual either in your home or online, this will have all the relevant details on the connections your TV has.

Is your Sky box connected via an HDMI cable?

@JULIEMCCONNELL 

Connect an HDMI cable from the Sky box to one of the HDMI inputs on the TV. 
Turn both devices on. 
Use the Toshiba TV remote to select the correct HDMI input, the one you attached the Sky box to. 
The image from the Sky box should appear on screen.

@JULIEMCCONNELL there have been a few people having problems with Toshiba Fire TV's yet mine used as an addition TV worked straight from the box. 

Others have found doing a factory reset on the TV then turning it on and selecting the correct HDMI input has worked for them
