There is a delayed volume/sound response of up to 30min when I switch my tv on it is a brand new tv

I recently had a screen fault on tv SKY Protect diagnosed a replacement tv. This has been set up and there is a long delay for sound to start up 30mins or more then it just starts up on its own. The volume on sky remote  isn't working it can only be used on the new Hisense control. I have tried everything to try and sort this please help
