The given numbers wont pick up ITV4HD for me.
All my ITVHD channels seem to have disappeared from my screen due to "technical fault". The numbers given wont pick up these stations for me now i.e. cannot get ITV4HD but can get ITV4+1 HD. Can anybody help?

Re: The given numbers wont pick up ITV4HD for me.
Are you in the UK or Ireland?
In the UK ITV4 HD is still available on 120. Are you seeing any error message when accessing it?
In Ireland you will need to manually retunedue to recent transponder changes. ITV4 is now on 11386 V 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK - delete the current saved channel first before tuning in the new one.

The first thing to do is to reboot your device.
Turn the switch off at the plug to your Sky device or plug it out. Sky used to say wait about 3 minutes before plugging it back it/turning it back on, but now they say wait 30 seconds, so you can pick.
While the power is off to your device, check the wires at the back of the device to ensure they are secure and connected correctly.
If this doesn't work:
If you're on Sky Q or Sky+HD, you can go to this link: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal and follow the instructions. Make sure you click "Contacy Sky" or "I need more help". There you will get ways to contact Sky.
If you're on Sky Glass or Sky Stream, is your Internet working correctly? If it is slower than usual, you may need to contact your Internet provider. One needs an absolute minimum of 10MB/s for Sky Glass and Sky Stream to work.
Ideally, one needs the likes of fibre optic or GB Internet for Sky Glass and Sky Stream to work correctly.
