The internet suggests it's characteristic of Sony Bravia television sets, and would be actioned withe the Sony remote control.

This does not sound like a Sky+ issue, what device are you having a problem with?

@CanarySaz  This doesn't sound like anything a Sky Box would produce (Sky+HD/Sky Q or Sky stream) 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

That could be a message that is being produced by your TV and nothing to do with any Sky equipment that you have got,
