AFAIK all seasons and spin-offs of The Walking Dead franchise have only ever been mastered in 1080P.
It's an AMC+ show, a service which has never offered 4K on any of its output. There's never AFAIK been a 4K BluRay release of any series from the franchise either.
Dead City is made on quite a limited budget as it is, so adding the cost of 4K production would be very unlikely unless it found a distributor with a lot more money.
