Cant believe what they are showing on sky mix now - usa final 2021. When Rybakina is on court - why isnt this being shown? And main event has cricket which is also on cricket chanel. What on earth are they doing?

Message to Sky Support - please respond
please explain to me and the MANY others why the following problems with your tennis coverage exist and what's being done to fix it:
1. I am a sky glass user and have added the tennis coverage to my watchlist. Yesterday morning the Brisbane tennis coverage I replayed was American football.
2. Why can't I find match replays anywhere?
3. How can I choose between Brisbane and the ASB classic which you're claiming to cover?
4. Do you have the technology to replicate the Amazon Prime coverage which was universally liked?
5. Are you actually taking this feedback and acting on it? So many people are talking to a brick wall about this since last years' US Open and noting has changed - is your market share so great that you can ignore customers without fear of lost profit?

@Tom7523 You're asking other customers on a public customer forum. Your questions would be better addressed to Sky's Viewer Relations team - viewerR@sky.uk

yes just checked my offer letter and it says 31 days. so I will give it another week to see if anything improves - not that hopeful actually.

I doubt anything will change with Sky sports

yes you are probably right but will wait a while longer - hoping to see some good matches in between. I used to use Tennis TV but stopped using when Amazon was so good. Tennis TV also went a bit downhill when they brought out their new upgrade a couple of years ago. I never got replies to my emails where I gave them a lot of errors to fix. hey ho lets see

Tennis TV is fine if you want ATP, what about WTA coverage? We have no options for watching WTA tennis in UK now, other than the meagre rations Sky is giving out.

@Lorraine+Cou
Discovery+ is free on sky glass, stream and Q - but not on older Sky HD boxes (which many people still have - especially if they live in flats with a communal aerial).
Also I wasn't sure if you get the same functionality (multi screen and catch up) - as going direct. You can for example get discovery+ via amazon prime but as I understand it you cannot watch on demand/catch up only watch live. Not an issue most of the time - but would be if you want to watch the AO on catch up given obvious time zone issues?

Sadly there are no legal WTA options - beyond betting site streams (e.g. bet 365).
So its Sky - or nothing.
Clearly there are other unofficial options using vpns etc to watch streams from other locations- I will let others comment on those!

Sorry to hear that - Amazon was so much more affordable for people and offered other benefits.
Sky feels like the Post office of the tv sporting world - where is Mr Bates (Jeremy?) to take them on?

I cant really remember but I thought there were options to view different matches and also replays
