I will try with spoiler mode off

F1 isn't exactly one event that happens every week or so. The on-demand is provided for (on a standard race week) three free practices, qualis, and the race on Sunday. Additionally, there is red button access for riding along with each driver and various other red button options. Acting like they are only offering one race a week on demand is disingenuous, and there is capacity to offer sports content in a way that isn't football or rugby. Tennis requires a more robust means of presentation and if they can't offer it they can work with Tennis TV and WTA streaming to offer access to their apps to Sky Tennis subscribers, as they have done in the past with Discovery +, Most cable providers in the US provide these as supplements to their coverage, I think. My mother has access through her provider but doesn't know how it works or how to use it.
I was listening to the Tennis Podcast today and the problem with accessing matches and the drop from what was offered by Amazon was discussed briefly, this will continue until things change.

I completely agree. Got Sky stream in December for the tennis due to the new deal. Unless I didn't work and could stay up all night, I can't watch what I have paid for. This will be the same for half the season that is on different time zones.
I loved the Amazon Prime set up. I could have a look to see what individual matches were coming up, and watch at my measure after work. I have tried to watch some of the matches but it is poorly advertised as you can't see who is due to play in the 'afternoon session' or 'night session'.
Got up early this morning to watch the Emma Raducanu match and tried to watch from the start, but as I had to select the channel first before I could hit the 'watch from start' option, I could see the current score! The scoreboard was displayed directly under the watch from start option so no way ofavoiding. Tried to fast forward through the 5 hours of tennis prior to Emma's match but have to upgrade to skip ads! Impossible.
Been on the phone for 3 hours to sky this morning, passed through multiple advisors and the best option is to change to sky Q then I can record.
So frustrated. Feeks like going backwards rather than forwards like other sports streams like Eurosport and Discovery+. Feel like my hands are tied as Sky have the monopoly on the tennis having secured the rights for the next 5 years.
I really hope they get this sorted and incorporate a full on demand, individual match schedule and catch up service asap.

Same here. I managed to access WTATV with a VPN but couldn't create an account.
Let's hope sky eventually make on demand / replays possible.
Tonight i'm going to try and record as much as I can and see if that's possible!

Tennis TV's fast forward and rewind don't work with spoiler alert off. On Fire stick and Android TV, there isn't an option under preferences to enable or disable spoiler alert. Beginning to wonder if my £100 has not been well spent!

If you have problems to login via tennistv app, don't use a & in your password, it will tell you "wrong credentials " even they are correct, i had to figure it out myself because over one year tennistv wasn't able to help, just to let you know

Oh dear. I was on day two of trying to get excited about Sky Sports showing tennis but I am left really disappointed.
Whoever was behind the bid to get tennis away from Amazon Prime and onto Sky should be locked up in the Tower and never be seen again!
I agree absolutely with all the negatives comments written. The provision of the so called tennis coverage on Sky is an utter disgrace and a total waste of peoples' hard earned cash.
Luckily I was only a few days into my Sky Sports contract and I was able to phone and cancel.
To be honest, I am beginning to question what has happed to Sky. Even a basic phone call to sort out an issue is exhausting. I guess Football & F1 is their focus.
However more & more people will leave their grossly expensive tv service unless they pull their act together. There is too much competition out there to be so nonchalant.

Hi did you have to pay a cancellation charge?
i have just taken out a new 18 month contract and included sky sports (recently I had sky sports on a month by month contract for my husband's golf and to see what the tennis would be like). Sky gave me a good deal which included sky sports so I went for it. Now I am regretting that decision.

Agreed - as of course with Sky and nowtv - there can be tech issues with some platforms including firestick (as you can't fast forward etc but can watch on demand matches).
But there is a tennis tv app - which works on google/android and iphones. And you can watch in a laptop browser too - works fine for me in google chrome. So in that sense it works just like amazon prime.
Hence my suggestion just to register an account - and watch the free (non premium videos) and then if that works sign up for one month at £9.99. Of course given the tennis season ends in mid November going monthly is probably as cost effective vs the annual charge of £99 given during Wimbledon and the slams there is no live tennis on tennis tv. So you can stop/start and pick/choose when you want to watch tennis.
Give it a go - as its the only catch up option. But sadly it doesn't work for women's tennis - just the mens. But at £9.99 per month vs £35 with now tv or £50+ for Sky including sports - its still a lot cheaper.

You can watch on a smartphone/ipad or on a chromebook (via google play store - which doesn't offer a now tv app) or in a laptop browser too. Have you tried those options - you can then project from your laptop to it to your tv potentially?

Isn't there a 14 day or 31 day cancellation period for new contracts with Sky? If you aren't happy you can cancel - or sign up to another deal possibly?

It appears that Amazon chose not to try to renew their contract with ATP/WTA after their original five-year deal, rather than Sky bidding more. Historically, Sky was the UK rights holder from 2002 to 2018.

When I last looked at tennis tv it said it was £11.99 per month? Where did you see it for £9.99 per month?
