Yes - Sky sports tennis channel launches on 11 February for ATP Rotterdam.
But it will of course be live coverage only - so no catch up/on demand if you miss a live match. And multi court via the Sky sports app and via Sky Q/Stream etc.
Obviously if its a 24 hour channel I assume matches may get repeated in full.
Of course it won't be entirely clear how it will all look until Indian Wells - when there will be true multi court streams needed as opposed to one or two courts at events like Dubai or Rotterdam.

Well let's hope things improve after 11th February.
Once again today, they promise one thing and deliver something else.
I watched the first of the Centre Court matches at the WTA Linz event (Jodie Burrage v Varvara Gracheva) and on several occasions the commentator said Sky would be showing all five of today's Centre Court matches. Needless to say, they didn't. The third match wasn't covered at all (they showed an ATP match from the Sud de France tournament) and they are doing the same again now while the last of the WTA Linz matches is nowhere to be seen.

Thank you @caesarome

Yes - its packed. But you can't easily watch two matches simultaneously and can't watch any match after it has finished (bar finals and 'selected' matches) or I believe rewind to the start of a match, fast forward or watch on demand after the event,
Sky sports tennis should really be called miss it and miss out! Ideal for the retired and unemployed tennis fans - but then they possibly can't afford to spend 4-5 times what they used to pay on amazon.

I can't afford Sky sports either being retired. Try Tennis Tv . I bought the 13 month contract for £100 and whilst it's only ATP it is very good coverage but I can't rewind or fast forward on my smart TV or Amazon fire stick.
Just trying to find out if I can watch any WTA anywhere without contracting to Sky or Now.

Hello @tennisfan have you tried speaking to your broadband provider to see if Sky Sports can be added?
I couldn’t afford Sky nomally either, my broadband and telephone provider is Virgin Media, I added Sky Sports to my monthly package, taking the cost from £55 to £66, for 18 months.
I feel comfortable paying an extra £11 per month.

Thanks. I've got broadband with EE but no TV subscription. I'll look into that but I think it's probably dearer than NOW TV which is £ 35 a month but thanks for the suggestion.
