TNT Sports/HBO via Sky

I paid £34 to include TNT Sports on HBO in order to watch the French Open Tennis.
what a complete load of utter rubbish. Program hangs frequently requiring a complete reboot of Sky. Frequent poor picture quality. Sometimes we have picture no sound or vice versa. Very disappointed with this service.

Every other app We use and those provided by Sky work perfectly!!  No problem with internet!

I won't be using this again. Just ruined our viewing experience

Sky. You need to thoroughly test these apps before release or at tge very least the programming released.

Rant over!,

@NSW1654  The app is solely the response of the content owner WBD nothing to do with sky

are you able watch on the linear channels 410,411,413.414 on your tv guide without issue or is it the same experience

Re: TNT Sports/HBO via Sky

Hi. Thank you.

Yes We can go through linear channels. However, to view various matches it takes back into the HBO app.

I disagree that Sky have no responsibility. I paid my money through my Sky account and it is billed as such. My contract is with Sky not HBO!

I think that's only partly true. Sky is certainly responsible when viewing the linear channels which are being broadcast via their platform; however, as soon as you enter a third-party app ( and have a subscription to that app), the ultimate responsibility would pass to the app owner.

You have a contract with both, because you accepted the HBO T&C's when you activated their app (without reading it, because no-one ever does ; )
