@PR3 unfortunately not , as you have sky plus box , sky won't give you a discovery plus account linked to your sky account
The only options to get discovery plus are
either
a) upgrade your sky hardware to either sky Q, glass or stream
or
b) subscribe to tnt sports on your sky plus box via bt (providing you have bt broadband) and bt will give you a discovery plus account
