THREE HOURS AND COUNTING TO ACHIEVE NOTHING

Error on screen - viewing card 'not authorised' go to helpt etc.

Used help instructions - still the same

Phoned number given that turned out to be Sky racing. Given another number.

Followed robot instructions - on screen details showed card number, confirmed by card itself.

No record of this card on our accounts says robot.

Back to square one with my Saturday gone!!!

What next. Have tried everything.  Have no one in my post so cannot apparently send this message. God help the world!   If this post shows, then I shall be surprised.

It shows, but in the wrong place, so it has been moved.

 

Use the number you can find via the 'need more help' dropdown at the bottom of this page: https://www.sky.com/help/home

 

Ignore the automated prompts and wait, and ultimately you should be put through to an adviser.

What Sky box do you have and have you placed an order for Sky Q or Sky Glass recently ?
