Up until this week I had full access to sky witness. Went to watch a pre recorded programme episode (Doc) and it's shows in my planner but says I have to upgrade to watch ! Can't get it on my app to download either. Same message. I have a good Sky package (sports/cinema etc) if I actually turn tv to sky witness I can watch live ! Not tried later at night yet but this morning there I was watching traffic cops from the 00's. I'm not upgrading for sky witness but wondered if it's a glitch.
Are you try to watch this episode in HD when you haven't got the HD package on your account ?
