Sky vip lounge tickets disappeared from ticketmaster account for the chris brown concert
I won 2 chris brown tickets in the sky vip ballot i transfered them to my my sky account today but they have disappeared ive tried again to download through my sky vip link but keep getting

It is the correct email address so you did make sure there was no spaces in the email address when using it ?
