I have won 2 tickets to Olivia Rodrigo through Sky VIP. I have been through the ticketmaster app and sorted 2 tickets out. I have now noticed on the tickets it is saying you must bring the original email from Sky saying you have won the tickets. Unfortunatley I havent got this as it has been deleted out of my spam folder so is unretrievable. Has anyone had issues gaining entry to the arena without this email?. I have contacted the Co-op arena and have had no response and also tried Sky and still waiting for an answer.
