@Hello+Golds  Sky still hold the broadcast rights to all England home internationals until at least the end of 2028

sky won't say anything about away matches until such time they secure broadcast rights for them

@Hello+Golds

Test matches against the West Indies and Sri Lanka will be on Sky Sports this summer as per a whole host of other international cricket:

Broadcast rights to Test series are the property of the host organisation: the BCCI chose to sell these to an outlet other than Sky (and the BBC)

National broadcasters of the guest side have no automatic rights at all.

Thanks for that. Thanks for that it makes it more clear. It seems to me that anybody now can screen cricket if they've got enough money. I can see why they don't advertise the home of cricket anymore. I still think sky should be upfront with the sky customers who like cricket. That's my opinion. Yet again, thank you

Sky has a long term 'exclusive' ICC contract, but somewhat perversely Test series are not ICC events: they are essentially a private arrangement between host and guest national organisers, with television, radio and online rights belonging to the host who can sell them as they see fit.  Test organisers do have to be ICC members, but the ICC itself does not have jurisdiction* and consequently the Sky Sports contract for coverage doesn't apply.
