Sky sports cricket

I can not understand what's happening with sky sports cricket 

I only subscribe to sky sports cricket for £20 a month 

Wednesday during a crucial part of the ipl they decided to move it to sky sport + 

and put on a woman's t20 game 

no problem with that but sky sports + is only available when you take all the sky sports channels 

most of the remainder of the ipl games including the final is now on sky sports +
sky advertised all ipl games would be on sky sports cricket 

so they have broken that advertising 

because the test finished early yesterday 

they put the ipl back on the cricket channel the first game was shown then 20 mins into the 2nd match they decided to remove it and put it on sky sports +
they then put on the psl final on

but it is being shown on sky on sky sports mix the free sky sports channel

i dont think anyone has any idea at sky sports 

tried complaining but the call centres have no idea and just try selling you other services 

I have now given 1 months cancellation for sky sports cricket and UHD

Unfortunately  this can be a limitation of only subscribing to a single channel.

Different customers may have different preferences as to which is shown on the main channel & I think SKY tend to show the one they think is  likely to be most popular for its customers - although I guess scheduling may also play a part.

I suspect that the advertising said the IPL games would be on SKY Sports and may not have specifically said SKY Sports Cricket

Although you have  now given notice to cancel SKY Sports Cricket (&UHD) you can make your thoughts known by sending an  email to Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk - to register your dissatisfaction

That would have been correct had it not been that the IPL being suspended so that the season has been extended.. 

If you are going to restrict yourself to the one channel at especially this time of year when the English white ball season gets going then situations like this will occur.
