100% Shashie just a rip off. Been with Sky over 20 years, really, really did not compare to Prime etc 😢😢

Same experience - can easily sign up online but woe betide you if you try to cancel that way. I didn't get charged extra though.

I just can't believe how bad it was and no on demand replays , I lost interest in the whole competition as I had no idea who was in or out so no continuity at all when trying to settle down to catch up in the evenings after work , absolute **bleep**e compared to prime , really posed off to say the least 😡

I wonder if Sky will ever apologise and compensate people, some took time off work to chill out and wake up to catch up on the overnight matches. Someone at the top should have put out an apology by now. Just shocking the whole thing then not owning the car crash and telling their Sky customers they messed up makes it an even worse look for Sky 😬

@Shashie Not even an apology and refunds/compensation offered to all on here, so unprofessional😬 Such a bad look😢 At least they could own the mess and speak up

@RichAA1omg do they have the viewing rights to those too? I cannot believe Sky haven't spoken up and publicly apologised, given full refunds and compensation. Some will have taken time off work to chill out and wake up to catch up on matches:/ Just can't put into words how bad bad bad it was 😢
Telling you the results of matches, will they do that with golf too etc? I felt like I was living in a parallel universe or something, especially on messenger with a friend in Oz watches avidly like me, making sure not to tell each other results then Sky tell you. Mad mad mad. Whoever's responsible at the top is clueless 😢

have to agree...i lost all sense of engagement with the tournament itself so unfortunately had to take what i was given..to allude to Dickens when i asked for more..more,you want more..so while prime gave us 2023,sky gave us 1880's gruel..thats a stretch i grant you but but but....

I agree completely , not to mention the lack of informed tennis commentary and punditry, when you could hear it.

6 British players all on court around the same time no chance of watching them all uk sky for uk people. At least make them on demand like prime, bbc, discovery+. Even these so called inferior channels can do that why the hell can’t you !!! You ruined tennis for me not worth paying you all that money for sky sports when I can’t watch what I want, how do you compare your exorbitant price against primes £5.99 a month

Without commenting on the ability (or otherwise) of Sky to cover US tennis, I would observe that Amazon don't have to care about how much money they lose in operating Prime Video: it's essentially a marketing tool for their global warehousing, logistics and subscription delivery business rather than a realistically priced streaming service.

That may well be the case, but who cares? Fantastic annual coverage of ATP Tour and Finals. Gutted they're not covering the Davis Cup too.

Well some months have passed since the clumsy coverage of the US Open and may have passed from our minds as since then amazon has continued its excellent coverage of the Mens and Womens season ending tournaments,,Still not sure what is happening as to tennis coverage in 20224?..Can only hope if it is to be SKY that they have been reading the posts and doing some polling of their own as to correcting course, wipe the slate clean and begin anew
